Tour Sign-Up Instructions   

Please follow the instructions below to sign up for an upcoming Tour at OLLI at UNR. If you need additional assistance, please contact our office at: (775)784-8053 or email us at: olli@unr.edu. We will be happy to assist you.

1. Sign in to your account on the OLLI at UNR home-page. Click here. 
2. Enter your Username and Password and click Sign In. 
3. You will return to the homepage. Select Programs and Activities on the homepage and then Tours and Special Events or Registration Options.
4. Find the program you would like to sign-up for and click the Tour Sign-Up button.
5. In your shopping cart, you will see if you've selected the correct program. Click Check Out. 
6. On the next page, you will be confirming your Profile Information. Proceed to click Next. 
7. Under the Check Out: More Info page, please complete the survey if you plan to attend with another OLLI member and if you need special accommodation. Note: Each OLLI member must sign-up separately if they want to participate in the same program. Once complete, select next. 
8. You will be asked to "PURCHASE" the item in your shopping cart. There is typically no charge to sign-up for a program. If there is a fee, you will see that detailed in the description of the program. Select "PURCHASE" to verify that you have successfully signed-up for the tour you selected. Note: Signing-up for the tour does not guarantee participation. Confirmation details will be provided individually once the tour deadline has closed to let you know if you're on the tour or not. 
9. The last page will be your confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirming that you have been added to the sign-up list for the tour you selected. 
10. You are now finished. Please sign-out or return to the homepage for further browsing.
