The Tours Committee is responsible for planning, developing and leading OLLI Tours. The committee meets the third Friday of every month from 10 am to 12 pm and members have a great time brainstorming creative ideas for new and exciting tours.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, and leading tours for OLLI members.
- Gathering ideas about possible venues, contacting venues and coordinating arrangements such as parking, capacity, and accessibility.
- Posting upcoming tours through OLLI channels, both written and verbal.
- Managing tour sign-ups and tour lists and working with OLLI staff on payment details as needed.
