This 6-week series follows the T’ai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) program, developed by Dr. Paul Lam and supported by 30 medical studies for its safety and effectiveness. We’ll start with Chair T’ai Chi and gradually build up, helping you improve coordination, balance, and joint health. Based on Sun Style T’ai Chi, this practice is easy to learn and can be continued at home. Join us for a supportive and accessible path to wellness! The first class is mandatory to continue the series.
