OLLI Casual Walkers will stroll on flat easy paved paths in Reno and Sparks parks and along Truckee River trails. The pace will be slow and there will be frequent stops to relax and socialize. Distance will be less than 2 miles, usually closer to 1 mile, with shorter options. Will try to have pertinent short talks/lectures mid walk. Participants with mobility issues, including those requiring mobility devices such as canes or “walkers” will be accommodated and welcome, but all Casual Walkers must be in otherwise good health and have good balance.
